Jennifer Rivard, M.D.

Dr. Rivard received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio. Her Dermatology residency was done at Henry Ford Hospital. During her residency she received an award from the Michigan Dermatological Society. She is board certified and a Fellow of the American academy of Dermatology. Prior to joining our staff she was an assistant professor at Wayne State University in the Department of Dermatology. During her residency training she did a great deal of clinical research and has a special interest in phototherapy. She is highly skilled in various cosmetic procedures such as botox, filler material injections, facial laser treatments and the treatment of varicose veins. In addition she is well-trained and experienced in all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology. We are very pleased to be able to offer Dr. Rivard's services to our patients. 

 

Karen Goulais, Licensed Esthetician

She has over 25 years experience in esthetic procedures. She obtained her cosmetology license in 1985. She was mentored by a prominent European esthetician which led to her first position at a salon where she performed European facials and cosmetic consults. Subsequently she was employed at the exclusive Golden Door Spa in California as a beauty therapist. This led to her eventual appointment as the Golden Door educator for treatment protocols. Karen also attended the International Dermal Institute where she received advanced training in esthetics including acne causes, treatments, aromatherapy and reflexology. At our office she performs a wide range of procedures including European spa facials, acne facials, acupressure massages with aromatherapy, microdermabrasion and a variety of chemical peels. Karen also offers a full line of topical products effective for anti-aging, cleansing and hydrating of the skin. We are very happy to be able to offer her services to our patients.
